Waited in the line for a while to turn in my spectrum cable box, but it was expected since it was after 5 and i don't believe it was long. Machine was down so they couldn't give me a receipt (I understand technology fails from time to time). But I was told it would be 2 weeks before I would get a receipt. That was odd to me so I just took that person's name, wrote the store address, and took pictures as proof I returned the cable box.

Yes, there is one in Garland on centerville and one in mesquite on town east I personally like the one in mesquite on town east. The people there are much more friendlier
