I chose this agency because I thought they believed in the values that are taught in the Bible. I was wrong. Shortly after signing up to receive services from this company, my grandmother entered in hospice care. I told the person assigned to me that I would need a specific amount of time to get paperwork back to her as I had to try and help my loved one get the care she needed. She just responded that I didn't have to do consumer directed care-- that I could do it to where they take care of everything. (Okay...) The same person called me before I said that I'd get the paperwork back to her... to ask where the paperwork was. I reminded her that she was calling within the time frame that I said things wouldn't be ready, and let her know that my grandmother had just passed. Once again, the only thing she said was that I didn't have to do consumer directed care... that I could just let them take care of everything. (Thanks for the condolences, Graciela...) During this time I found out that this is the company that was providing hospice care for my grandmother. Her nurses and aids rarely came on time, didn't have basics like a blood pressure monitor, and it was clear that they viewed her as worthless. I couldn't get her switched to another company soon enough, but I'll be switching myself over to a new one.

The people they send are too lazy to clean. Some want you to lie about their time and others talk on their phone when your trying to watch tv. Now they don't have anyone to send. I get 32 hours a week and they told me they are short staffed and call someone else

I changed Moms Medicare to this agency with understanding they would provide an aid for 20 hours per week and pay me 16 hours per week. On day they were to start I was informed they had no aid and they would pay me $1.89 less per hour than I was making with my original agency of 3 years who up front stated they had no aid. I had to reverse Medicare back to where I was before. Horrible experience

BEWARE. My family's CAREGiver is taking advantage of my grandmother with dementia and taking her money. She got a new iPhone and laptop paid for by my grand mother and the agency is doing nothing about it. She frequently takes her entire family out to eat on my grandmothers credit card. There are no boundaries or standards with this company. DO NOT USE- DO NOT TRUST!

It depends when the come on and if you need them to cook they are suppose to cook what ever meal you want but they lazy if they say one or the other thats not how that work they work for you not the other way around
Does who cook meals?
Go through the supervisor who did the orientation at your home.
What are you talking about?
Depends on the amount of care your client is needing.
Hi Ms. Doak. We do hire CNAs, yes.
Hi Whitney. No, we would not do that. A client in a nursing home would not be in need of our services since they would have 24hr care in the nursing home. Thank you.
