I would give this store a 0 star if I could. My girlfriend who is getting married picked out a dress for her reception. She picked out a dress she loved. They first told her she needed to order it a certain day and basically make up her mind right then and there but then goes to state or else it won't be in, in time. The next day she tried it on again and loved it and ordered it. I was with her and she asked if to be ordered in 1 size bigger. The designer HIMSELF stated he placed the order for 1 size bigger and ordered it and it would be in, in 2 weeks. Little over two weeks she goes to pick it up. ITS THE EXACT SAME DRESS SHE TRIED ON OFF THE SHELF. Snags, tag all crumpled. He stated he would take it out himself but said it would be a couple days. Then he stated it would be an hour. Which makes up believe it won't be taken out. And of course he's going to say it looks amazing because well he design ed it and wants the sale. He also stated because she was going back and forth that she would go somewhere else..stated full refund. Everything this company has said has been a joke. Worst service ever!
