United Business Systems can provide incumbent customers with a free assessment, in which we will take a look at your current solution, regarding office technology, and offer you improvements in both cost and efficiency.

At this point, purchases of equipment or software cannot be made online. However, any type of request, including RFP’s or supplies, can be made through the company website. The website also include a full product catalog to learn about specific devices in more detail.

United Business Systems has a fully operational showroom at their Buffalo headquarters, which allows for the ability to demo any new technology or software. Toner and other supplies can also be purchased directly through the UBS Buffalo location. Other than that, UBS does not provide customers with “stop and shop” retail experience.

United Business Systems operates during normal business hours, Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM est. UBS is closed on all nationally recognized holidays, as well as weekends.

Providing a monetary savings amount for incumbent customers is a case-by -case event and truly depends on their previous solution, but some customers have seen up to 10-20% savings when switching to UBS as their provider.

Some items that have already been ordered and are available in stock can be picked up immediately, but most orders need a few weeks for approval, delivery, install, and set-up.
