I agree with other reviews that the employees in this best buy are very friendly and helpful. They will spend the time to explain things to the customer patiently. However, here is the catch, you will only experience that when an employee finally comes and helps. For example, you could be waiting in the pickup or the mobile section, with no one behind the counter, while seeing a group of employees chatting. When asking one for help, they would call for someone else to help. No one came for a long time. But when finally someone did come to assist you, you would get the best service you could get in a retail location. If you do go to this location, I hope you can get lucky and have the right person to assist you right away.

Recently going, they've managed to lose my pick up orders, refused to price match me, forcing me to literally chat with support on my phone in store to get the price match, and now they're closing their doors 20-30 minutes earlier than what they have listed as their hours.
