Food was okay but we really hated the seat we had. It was in the servers clean up area and they talked around us and through us like we were not there. A lot of dish banging and servers running in and out. We will go back as we like the food but we will never sit there again!

Menu choices are extensive, so hard to choose. Huge portion, yum. Dessert (donuts) were delicious, served warm.

Very lovely buffet. I have come back over and over. The staff is so friendly, I have always had a plesent time. They are very attentive to their guests and to the buffet, food is always being refilled. And there is a decent amount to choose from.

We have had great experiences in the past here but today me and my grandparents stopped in and it was very cold inside and the food was quite cold. Not sure if the heater wasn't on or what. Everything tasted good but for 10.50 a person I would expect the buffet bar to be much warmer. However, the staff are great and very friendly. They even offered a closer seat to us because my grandpa walks with a cane.

Yes it's just served by staff behind plexi glass. They are doing an excellent job keeping us lotus buffet lovers safe. It's actually not bad at all seems safer even without covid. I've never waited to get my plate either.

I called my order in from the parking lot and they called when it was ready to pick up. It wasnt a long wait and still hot when I got home which is a 20minute ride from lotus. The portions were great and everyone had a mask on it wasnt crowded inside they had people sitting away from each other. Overall I would say they have done a great job
