**UPDATE** 06-29-2022 - I have to change my rating to 1 star. Patrick agreed to help add some snow clips to the roof above a porch. This would help prevent ice build up issues on the porch roof. This was agreed upon in late summer of 2021 and I paid ahead a little over $1,000 for the work. Patrick never did the job and has yet to return the money. I've reached out numerous times by phone and email. Patrick did respond occasionally and stated he would return the money (I had to ask him to as he never offered), it has yet to happen. I can no longer recommend working with them. Patrick never even started the job, still has the $1,000 I paid him and has not returned it closing in on 1 year later. OLD ENTRY Patrick has done a couple jobs for me at a rental property I own in Auburn. Not only was he extremely responsive and professional, he got the work I needed done quickly and at a great price. I highly recommend Patrick and PRH Contractors. The projects he did included replacing a rotted out bathroom floor within 1 day while working around my tenants. He also recently jacked up and repaired the front porch on the same building.

Patrick is fast but thorough, prioritizes very well, and is very versatile. We give him our highest recommendation. He is the best handyman out of the five we have tried this year. If you want it done right for a reasonable price, this is your man.
