I got the monthly pass and used them three or four times, and the car never gets really clean. Only the hood and the roof truly get clean. There aren't enough brushes to get under the bumper or around the moulding so there us tons of dirt left behind. . Windows are still dirty and streaked.

Husband and I took our truck through the wash, we had a half off coupon for Golden Nozzle after getting an oil change, and wanted to use it. The guy running the car wash said he couldn’t honor it and told my husband he had already used it (which he hadn’t, it’s a one time use coupon) and was very rude to him the whole time. He then proceeded to try to rip up our coupon but my husband got it back. Super rude guy, wouldn’t go here again. Their wash also bent our antenna! The one in Waterville never does this. We have never had a problem there.

Though I did have a bad experience the manager reached out to me three days later and assured every time I have my vehicle come out poorly they want to know and will get it clean that same day.
