Typically I have a reasonably decent experience with service, but I'm knocking some stars off. Not because they are short handed and an oil change will take "a couple hours", even with an appointment; but because the guy looked at me like I was crazy when I politely suggested that it would be much better customer service to let people know that at the time they call in to make the appointment, rather than dropping it on us as a surprise when we're already here and haven't made plans to deal with a multi-hour wait. Some of us do have jobs to go to.

My salesman Mitchell Calvin Brown was lying to me, he said if I put a deposit it’s not refundable! Plus he said if I get a check from the bank with more than a 10k he will report it to IRS!!!! What a joke!!! Then before I leave I told him can I see the manager even to say bye he said nope he won’t. I lost trust

I have a different opinion: We bought a used Corolla with 29,000 miles. The seller told us that there was no longer a guarantee from the agency, (for being a 2010 model). So they offered us the cover service for the three years that we had to pay. The cost is 100 USD per month. That includes an arrangement in case of breakdown, as well as a car on loan, if required (if it takes several days to fix it). It also includes hotel payment, if at the time of the breakdown we are traveling and it is required. The coverage is in city and highway.
Any time frame about 5 hours if your lucky
