The lady at the counter , claimed that I don't have a membership and While I was looking up my membership information she said, I already charged you and there not refunds. So you will have to pay Right now not matter what, or I will have security kick you out. .this was a very ugly experience. Only for the mere reason that the lady wanted to be mean to us. What a shame

Hi Fernando, Thanks for reaching out! Our price is based on attractions. There are 3 different attraction levels. Basic 13.99, Deluxe 19.99, Ultimate, 24.99. All get 2 hours of just time when we are busy.

Depends on the ticket you buy. Food isn't included in anything. For $13.99 you can only jump on trampolines. That leaves you food money. There's a $19.99 pass that gives you access to everything except rock wall climbing and rope course. Not a lot but still some for food. $24.99 will get you access to play on everything but not much for food on a $30 budget. I'd say pack about $40 per person.
I wouldn't think it would be fun for them. It's not challenging enough for them.
