Masks are still required. They might be crowded based on the hours that you visit. 6 ft distance is still on. And yes, they have plexiglass at registers.

Call them. In today's hyper social media world it's best to keep real names off. Also managers often change. Knowing the name really serves no practical purpose anyway. You can always communicate via phone, email, or mail to the appropriate party in regards to your questions, concerns, and feedback.
