A lot of stores say that they are handicapped accessible, until you try to go through with a wheelchair and find out they arent. However, SPENCERS IS A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE STORE. Which also means if you are using a walker or crutches, you can move with ease through the store. And the employees that are there are absolutely wonderful at helping to get things off the shelves that I can not reach. The store has something for everyone. And everyone can go through the store, regardless of any mobility issues.

If you close at 7:50, mark your hours for closing at 7:50. What a waste of time

I totally understand there is a mask mandate but to be refused to do business there because I cannot wear a mask is unreal. The lady was rude about it and I explained that I would be spending my money elsewhere. I physically cannot wear a mask.
