5 stars for owner's derisive responses to low star reviews. What kind of business does that? I decided to write a review after reading the owner's replies to negative reviews. After reading some of the positive reviews I was going to shop here. Then I read the one star reviews. Some people have had really bad experiences here based on their review. The one star reviews and the owner's responses convinced me this was not a place where I wanted to risk buying an expensive product. I gave it 5 stars so people might see my review. I'm glad we can check Google reviews before spending our money.
