From the first call - 5 in total before I dropped off my truck, Todd Smith, Mgr was very patient and thorough in his explanations. All work was performed as expected, ie NO surprises. I'm 68 and probably on of, if not the best auto service experiences of my life. I highly recommend.

Unable to reply to your initial response. When I picked up my truck I was advised that this repair didn’t have a warranty. I’m having the same issue as before. Didn’t get to drive my truck but a couple of times

Run Run Run I used them because I really didn't search that's my fault, The first time they claimed to fix it, the transmission started having problems right after the warranty, took it back had to pay agin to have it fixed, the second time was still covered under there warranty, but once they fixed they wouldn't give me another warranty and I haven't been driving my truck that much at all get in my truck today same issues. My guess is they're using used parts and charging for new ones. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. Now i'm stuck with no running vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle the gentleman at the desk told me This repair didn't have a warranty.

Heard a lot of bad things about them, but you can't trust that they were kinda high but my trans had 169k on it was tired needed a refresh also reverse was slow to go into gear I took it back for the 15 day check up all good my shift kit was still intact I can't complain about anything so to the others maybe your the problem just a thought

Wouldn't have a clue, but I know they will give you an honest estimate!
It can be several things in the transmition jassmarie. Eagle transmission is good but beware the prices are not very apt for cardiac.
