After some time to digest what happened and calm down, I decided to re-post my review stating only the facts of what occurred. On Friday September 2nd, I brought my 2020 Toyota Supra in for an alignment. The people at the front desk were wonderful and helped me get everything ready, so I left my keys and walked across the street to grab some lunch. When I was walking back after about 20 minutes of eating, I saw my car driving down the street, with the driver manually downshifting and then turning quite sharply as they pulled into the Christian Brothers lot again. I was very confused by this, as the alignment hadn’t been done, and therefore there was absolutely zero reason to drive the car. I have asked countless other shops - even a different Christian Brothers - who have all told me the same thing - there is never a need nor reason to drive someone’s car before an alignment has been performed - let alone before it was even put on the rack to check the specs. I simply brought the car in for an alignment, there was no need to diagnose or attempt to find something via driving the vehicle. Obviously, this is where I have learned from this experience - as I didn’t have a dashcam so I have no idea what the tech did on the drive and as I (admittedly, furiously) stormed back into the front office seeking any answers, they had no explanation and said “This hasn’t ever happened before.” I am sure that is true, and everyone in the front office I spoke to was understandably just as confused as I was - and should take no blame. To be honest, I don’t wish for the technician to be fired and I am partially to blame for not protecting my own belongings. Take this review as a simple recounting of that day, as I am just stating the facts of what happened as a warning for those of us who have these sports cars - always have a dash cam, and always go to a trusted shop. I would highly advise against this location if you have a performance car to avoid anything like this. However, if you have a typical commuter car, I can see no issue with getting services done at this location. Overall - shop seems well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately it seems that there was just either a massive miscommunication between front desk and service, or a bad apple in the tech pool.

We do resurface rotors if there is enough material to stay above the minimum specification.
Yes, they do. It's in front.
