I enjoyed working with Tristyn and the whole team at Xclusive Truck Kustoms. Tristyn put together a fantastic full Icon suspension upgrade to my Ford Tremor and nice wheels and tires to match. They even went above and beyond and adjusted my trailer hitch since my truck rides higher and because of my tight schedule, they brought the truck to my house after working late hours to complete the job! My truck ride is better than ever, both on and off the road. We had a few follow-up items, but nothing I wouldn't expect, and they were terrific to work with the entire time. I will continue working with the team and highly recommend them.

Shawn and his team are touch notch. Not only did they help me surprise one of our customers with retractable side steps for my customer but they did it on short notice in one day. Can’t thank them enough for getting it done. Now they can get into their power wagon with ease

These guys are amazing. I have been on the hunt for Toyos for months. Every place said they couldn't get any in stock. I contacted this shop, and they had tires in the next week. Cole, thank you for everything.

Shop workers are fantastic. I wish I could give those guys 5 stars, and management 0.... Their after project communication and backing of their brands and installs is absolute garbage. Even after numerous requests for pricing on some new repairs, still nothing. Had a small issue with one of the suspension components, and nothing is being done to remedy. And since we're at it, they did not give me the lug nut key, and I had to go go back to get it after being asked if I had checked my cupholder..... Shop guys, awesome. Management, quite the opposite. EDIT - RESPONSE TO OWNER: 1: Your employee claimed he sent it off, yet when I emailed them on my own. They immediately offered to send a replacement free of charge (I will gladly send proof if needed). And 2: Your "solution" was to charge me $150 for a shock that has less than 2500 miles on it. That was a joke at best. And yes, after telling me there was nothing you could do but order a new one, one of the fantastic shop guys showed up to work early and happily helped me out and found the missing key. Again, just lack of follow through or even basic effort on part of office staff.
