Worst post office I've ever been to. Should have believed the reviews prior. The lady in the front being like the Grim Reaper is right. Please help her or get someone else upfront interacting with customers.

A package of mine was delivered in one of our parcel boxes, but the wrong key was left in my mailbox. A wonderful lady at this location helped get it to me! Submitted a case online Friday night, got a call from her this morning and she was SO polite and sweet. I assumed the whole process would be lengthy and tiresome but she made it painless. I really wish I got her name! I want to make sure her boss knows how great she is.

Consistently delivering mail to the wrong mailbox when the numbers are very clearly posted on them. I have lost 3 packages because of this.

Originally, I was going to make a very mean post about a Celina USPS driver delivering my package to the wrong house. However, when I went in and talked to Tedrius yesterday while he was working the front counter to get some help with the issue, he was arguably the most helpful federal government employee I have ever spoken to. He was able to figure out that a couple of my packages had gotten delivered to a house one street over from mine. Also, he personally went to that house to let the resident know that they needed to return my stuff to me or else there would be a full investigation. Long story short, I got my stuff. It really stinks that the Celina Post Office is currently understaffed given that the city is growing so rapidly, but they definitely have some great employees. Hopefully they hire a few more people like Tedrius.
