I only recommend QUALIFIED, Marketplace, or Affordable Care Act plans which take everyone and all pre-existing conditions. Most clients qualify for tax-credits which lower the monthly premiums & some even get coverage for free. NON-qualified plans have been banned in many other states. However, Texas regulators' approach is "buyer-beware". My advice is to avoid them & con-artists that sell them like the plague.
