Free on weekends. Just watch out, cops sit on the rooftop waiting for loud cars. Greenville is really cracking down on noise ordinance and it's a $1000 fine.

The elevator was out of service, but they were having promotional free parking so we can't complain! Pro tip: if all the lower lots are full, drive all the way to the top then make your way down as if you were going to exit. You'll be sure to find a spot!

Just remember the elevators are almost always down. One has been down for a month and the other is down now. Not exactly handicap accessible.

It's a parking garage... what else does one expect? but it's safe (I've never had a problem), free on Saturday, and in heart of downtown Greenville.

People have been replaced by machines so users have to feed money into the machine and it's a slow process. It takes forever to get out during peak times but parking is free during FFG. I think it still boils down to user error.
