The whole thing is a complete joke! Don’t waste your time or money! We were told we would be in our home by Christmas and to give our current land lord a 30 day notice on 12-1-21, we did and was asked why we did that on numerous occasions! We had 3 days to move! We got our keys on 12-28! They didn’t listen to our requests at all, on how we wanted certain things( porches, access door) my 3 year old can barely fit inside my access door, muchless me! Because they decided to bury my house, and put the access door on the shortest side of my house! My floors don’t match! My front door leaks! And my roof is leaking for the 2nd time that we know of…. And our home salesperson Said not to contact him after work hours! 6 months in and this has been the worst 6 months of our life, bc it’s always something here! They also didn’t seal my boys closets all the way off and you could see daylight! Our refrigerator went out and they didn’t want to do anything , except give me a stove to keep my groceries cold! (How is that possible) we was without a refrigerator for.a month and and half… they finally brought me a mini fridge!!!! But how am i supposed to live out of that! Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY FROM CLAYTON OF GREENVILLE!!!

This has been the most drawn out process! We closed on September 28 of 2021 and are still not in our home!! We were told picking a lot model would speed up the process. These folks are true snakes in the ground. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear but when it comes time to follow through with their commitments theyll just throw their hands up. This place never calls back was approved for a loan and no matter how much I called never received a called back.
