DON'T do it! Do yourself a favor & find a different hotel. I was here for two nights, only needed to sleep & shower. The smallest pillows ever, it seemed clean but the rug was gross & I never got any housekeeping, there was no sign on my doorknob to put out on the outside door. The front desk person, no hello, no smile, no welcome & when I checked out, no 'how was your stay?', no smile, no nothing. He wasn't interested at all. The worst customer service experience! I'll never go here again. It sucked!

As a business traveler, internet speed and security are important. Their internet is horrible, and extremely hard to connect to, and when you do, it’s insecure. You better have a security suite and VON using their internet. DL SPEED 7 mg, Upload 1.5mg. Worst I’ve seen. They just gave me creepy feelings. Unwilling to converse about invalid certificate. I won’t stay here again.

BED BUGS!!! After a week's stay my daughter was filled with bites and has been left with scars from a serious bed bug infestation. Our room was right next to the spot that looks like a blood stain in the hallway and it's a filthy place. We found live bugs old shells debris and bug fecal matter. when we brought it to the managers attention he accused us of infecting the room with bed bugs. when we asked for a different room he declined and immediately kicked us out. We spent the following week at the Best Western across the street which was spectacular, had great fantastic customer service and completely bed bug free. Spend the extra $15 a night at the Best Western and save yourself the expense of hundreds of dollars of laundry, bloody scars and a nasty owner. The owner was not surprised at all when I brought the live bed bug to him in a bottle. He told me he was going to hire a specialist to evaluate the room to see if it was a pre-existing infestation or if it was brought in there by me or my daughter. The problem was I've never seen a bedbug in my life and I had no idea what a bed bug bite looks like and it wasn't until we found a live one and looked up online did We realize what it was. I made two attempts to try to get him to reimburse me for all of the clothing that had to be washed and cleaned and for a partial refund and he said good luck and get a lawyer.

Great family run hotel! careful and kind folks who are working so incredibly hard during this difficult time. our pet-friendly room was *great* and our dog loved staying there. Plenty of well-maintained grounds to walk our dog around. Bathroom was squeaky clean with nice amenities. nice grab and go breakfast with excellent choice of tea and good coffee (with real half and half)! terrific location, central to all shopping and just a couple minutes away from the college and downtown, Big shout-out to the Patel family for the wonderful warm welcome!! Highly recommend!
