Where's the zero star option? UPS continues to send my packages to the wrong address and can't figure it out. Forget calling their customer service number and getting a human person, if your lucky to get someone they won't be able to do anything.

Dirty and unwelcoming office space. Ups employee was friendly however didn't fix the issue and had to go back a second, and third time. I don't envy their job.

I am tired of the UPS guy parking on the road in I got a perfect drive way for them to drive up and to and yes throw in my boxes in the driveway something needs to be done I live in Sullivan New Hampshire
