Stay away from them like the plague! If you disregard this review then you deserve what you get!

Be sure your guests don’t have car problems while visiting. Apparently guests are responsible for calling a number that they have no access to. Thank you for ignoring the note on the car and for utilizing a 1 star towing company that treats every tow like a repo. Sanctuary, you are judged by your business partners. The manager was unsympathetic and unwilling to budge. If I were looking for an apartment, this place would be on the bottom of the list. They clearly have zero respect for their tenants or guests.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First, the apartments are very outdated with cheap carpet and appliancesfor how much you pay in rent. There's 2 community dumpsters and they overfill daily smelling up the whole complex. Your rent is so high cause they use it on useless stuff. Sprinklers run damn near 24/7. Loud cars racing through the lot at 2 am. They'll tow their own residents cars and your guest because they're "call in" system is awful. They also don't allow GSD service dogs. But they'll let in mastiffs and husky's that bite other dogs. Owner is not pleasant to work with. Don't let the fancy name fool you. Stay clear, there are plenty better options for the price.

Be VERY careful with the Sanctuary. My fiancé and I applied here and were met with countless hidden fees. Additionally, the property’s agents will tell you anything to get you to apply and pay the $275 dollars of hidden application fees. We were told one thing about the application and contract, then charged and told something VERY different.

I do not think so
They are a privately owned apartment complex. Be honest with them about your situation. I am sure they can work something out if you don't have a history of evictions. You might need to set up your bank account up to pay rent as a term of conditions. Take advantage of their 100 dollar coupon on their website too.
Not low income. 2 bedroom is largest size unit.
We lease our apartment on yearly contract.
