This is the worst place I've ever applied to, Application process to see if I’m approved, took more than a week. I call and never get an answer, it’s only one nice gentleman that just started working there helping me & trying his best to get me the information I need.. got told I would hear approval results and never got a call... then, the manager Candice lies and say she called me and left voice mails but I never received anything.. then, Says I’m not approved because I don’t make enough which is false.. Me and my caseworker at the rental assistance office confirmed that they will do an inspection because we was on the phone with them so we heard them on speaker, but once I get there face to face; Chantelle tells me something different stating that I wasn't approved and they couldn't move forward! So unorganized and are liars

I agree with all the positive comments. This is an awesome place ! I love the staff who are always happy and helpful. They turned the building around and now it's safe to say that, I LOVE my home. It's rustic and charming. Come rent here- you will love it !
