We were traveling to Japan. Needed a COVID test. Japan rules clearly state the test must show the sample type (nose swab, etc). Technician would not give a receipt that stated sample type. Tried to get it approved by Japan three times. Rejected. Emailed and called customer service. Nothing. Missed our plane. Got booked to go two days Later but now needed to get a new test. Went to a different center that was willing to write the sample type, but took more than 48 hours to get the results back. So, had to pay $250 at the airport to get an immediate test. Don’t use Quest for COVID TESTS!

Questions: No way to make a phone call to a human to answer questions. Location: No sign anywhere telling me where Quest is located in Professional building. A lot of people on the first floor were looking also. Staff: I did a drop off and no one at the front desk was available to help and the staff told me to register at Kiosk that wasn't working. Everyone in the waiting room was upset and no one would come out from the back to help the situation. When I finally got in, I was told I couldn't leave my drop off because they couldn't find my doctors orders I left the day before. After I refused to leave, they finally found them in a file cabinet. Why wasn't my orders put in the computer? I wish my doctor wouldn't use Quest. This isn't my first bad experience with Quest. A lot of locations have 2.5 stars for a reason.

No! Apparently, you call push the number to speak with someone and after 12 rings, it hangs up on you. (15 times this morning alone!!) called the national number to have Jerry, the site supervisor call me and 3 hours later not even a quick ring!! (Couldn’t get through to ANY patient number until I put that I was a hospital or physician!!!)
