We moved into our home in 2014, this company was the cheapest at $64 each quarter. We noticed after about 1 year the cost slowly increasing, just enough that we didn't notice. Then we did...We also noticed our neighbors just switched to this company and we were discussing the cost. They were only paying $60 where we were paying $90. I called and they could only bring me down to $64 again which which was still cheaper than their competitors. Slowly we noticed an increase, and with most companies and inflation we get it. In January 2022 my bill was at $80 a quarter now in September its $140, nearly doubling, again adding just enough each quarter we wouldn't notice, but I did. I'm extremely disappointed that there was no email or letter informing their customers of the price increases as if no one would notice. It's preditory pricing.

This is a really awful company. For the past few years, the garbage removal fee has been increased every quarter!!! This month, they increased the fee from $74 to $92, almost 30% higher. This is unbelievable. I called the company asking for rationale of this crazy increase and the person I spoke with was extremely rude. Everyone I spoke with from this company was very unprofessional and didn’t care to help me at all. Of course, I cancelled my service and will never use this company again. NEVER! unbelievable!

Yard waste cart never been picked up for 2.5 years of service. But charged all time for it. Very unfriendly customer support.
