My 97 year old grandmother lives here. Her HVAC unit is leaking, her apartment floor us saturated with water. My mother and I have pleaded with on-site repair for assistance and I spoke with Maurice Rouse via email who informed me that the issue would be resolved however the water was vacuumed only and now the apartment floor is now saturated again. Make sure you check the HVAC system before considering. My grandma is now walking around her apartment in sneakers instead on bedroom shoes. This is no way for a veteran should spend her last days.

Management is doing a great job. Important improvements have been made to the property. A quiet affordable place to live. Great location.

This building is infested with wild raccoons, the hot water goes from scalding hot to freezing cold in seconds, there is no hot water from early evening to morning the next day. There are no housekeepers to clean common areas. Important necessary maintenance issues are ignored such a leaking toilets and plumbing. Hoarders are allowed to accumulate garbage, trash and old clothing. The management/ owners are illegally renting apartments and collecting rent when they do not have a license or certification to do so. The owners received a government grant to complete necessary repairs and failed to do so. Residents were unable to receive rental rebates because the owners have failed to pay building taxes.

Hi. Is this apt. handicap accessible for someone who is a paraplegic.
