This place is absolutely horrendous. I went to visit my family member today and the entire hallway where the residents live is covered with mouse feces. Piles of droppings in every corner of the hallway. It is absolutely disgusting. Staff is extremely disrespectful and rude. Managers and social workers curse at the residents. They simply do not care about the wellbeing of their residents and allow them to live in filth. The hallways seem to never be clean. The place stinks every single time I have been here. I understand that it is subsidized housing, but residents here should be treated the same way as someone who would be paying a lot more money. I would give zero stars if I was able to.

St John Neumann is a senior center and most of them do not own homes
Depending in the financial sector of available apartments Low income had a long waiting list about 1 to 3 years however there are new development and the wait list could be a short list Go over Monday thru Friday 9am to 400 and make an appointment to see management
