Yes, they are partnered with Google and Samsung do genuine parts. I'm not sure about apple products. Took my phone in with a cracked screen and they had it fixed in two hours.

They made me jump through a billion hoops just to verify my claim. I gave them the same info over and over and over. Then they charged me the max amount of $100 plus tax. The entire process took almost three weeks. Needless to say, I immediately cancelled my coverage when my device finally shipped to my home (and it was left at my door without ANY notification). Garbage.

i have a Samsung j 7 prime which isn't charging from last 2days..pretty sure there is a problem with charging pin port. Kindly suggest
