Staff are very unprofessional and unfriendly. There was a misunderstanding with my order and had to drive back to reorder again without an apology. I ended up paying $30, what a joke. The food is average and nothing new. The lady behind the counter didn’t speak any english, which was frustrating in addition to the looks they were giving me. I strongly recommend hiring someone that speaks both languages.

The staff is nasty ! They over charged me for some beans and other things . I saved my receipt I went back to show them I got over charged. 2 days later I go to use the “ credit “ they left me since I got over charged. Now they saving they don’t remember over charging me. Worse experience ever. Worse spot ever. Los amigos is the way to go .

Me and my friend have had Latin Star before but at another location. Our first time going to this location was horrible. I kept having to repeat myself. She kept switching up the order didn’t understand me. She could barely speak English. It was very frustrating. I had to pay and leave unsatisfied.

I really enjoy this place for many reasons. Has to be the first Spanish restaurant in Haverstraw. The food is great and good prices.They serve a lot of food.
