Terrible service here, nothing ever gets done...4 months of no heat, month of no AC, there was a week a few times there was no hot water... service requests take several weeks or months to complete!!! The pool has been broken for 2.5 years, the fountain they stopped turning on making the pond full of trash and algae. When Lynd management took over 3.5-4 years ago, things have went downhill since they started moving section 8 here and no service work ever is done. My bathtub has been broken for over a year before they finally fixed it...

Hello, i’m 17 years old that lives with my mom, this place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!! There is absolutely no way to get in touch with anyone to fix all these issues that include, mold, big holes in drywall, broken doors, non secured doors to building, NO security systems, no pool which is included in rent… and my room get so incredibly hot in the summer it’s uncomfortable to sleep in, and the carpet is gross when they say they replaced carpet before moving in, my moms car got vandalized and stolen!!! These people did nothing at all!!!!! You are not even able to view your apartment before moving in, you just pick up your keys and get what you get.. and now they are stating you can move in without any type of deposit, there are always cops here and the staff do not respond because they do not care, they don’t pay their taxes at all and they will ignore you if you have any complaints. This place is just gross the buildings do not get cleaned and are filthy, i’m sick of living here, i do not feel safe at all living here.

Yes.. they have pet friendly buildings. Like I said in my review, though, they'll change the carpet after you move out (whether it still looks good or not).. and they'll take it out of your security deposit. At least, that's what they did to us and the carpet was immaculate when we left. Better luck to you!
