I hate shopping here. Every single time i leave empty handed since the store is a mess, much of the lumber is warped and they have no delivery. Not many people can toss 10+ foot lumber in their car. The fact that home depot falsely claims they have delivery services just make it more frustrating.

If I were to guess I would say it's because of the freight companies are all backed up if you could arrange to pick it up at the warehouse you might save yourself some time if they'll let you do that I don't see why not
