Hey there...live close by...heard a lot about this place. Peraonally i give b+...and the reason is that i believe it was not enough sauce on pizza. I am vegetarian. So like bit moist on bread. Even my son complained need water not soda that means ot is really dried bread. Hope you can improve...wish u best. Always..+ve

Best pizzeria in the tristate area - anyone complaining is just a bitter person trying to take advantage of the kindness of the owners - you can see that they mention “they’ve gone here for years” but then “one bad experience and they expect the the whole world to be handed to them” - the owner tells them the policy and says if they’re not happy with it they can kindly stop giving their business to him because he refuses to get walked on given that he is very generous and kind to all his customers but draws a line when there’s customers who want a refund or free food every other day due to a silly complaint over something trivial - they get enough business so they don’t need the business of cheap or rude clients especially the type to complain about an “accent” - they’re a pizzeria they’re not working as your secretary for the accent to matter and the owners English is perfectly understandable Have never had an issue with this pizzeria once I only got bothered seeing a few negative reviews because everytime I walk into this place the owner offers me extra stuff free of charge on my order without me even asking but that doesn’t mean I will go and try to take advantage of it like some of the other rude entitled customers

Nothing wrong with the delivery service in itself-but if a Cesar salad is going to be $8 dollars for romaine with Texas Toast brand Croutons, I expected a Cesar dressing that was house made. This dressing is distastefully sweet, tastes store-bought , and there is no hint of anchovy at all. I personally can’t make myself eat the dish. If I wanted that fake Cesar flavor I would have gone to the grocery store for a bottle of dressing and a bag of Texas toast croutons, would have saved myself the disappointment and money. The personal pizza was undercooked, needed to throw it in my oven to cook a bit more, but ended up in the bin as well. I don’t intend to be rude or brash, just honest.

Terrible service. DO NOT BUY YOUR FOOD HERE. I just spoke with the owner at village Pizza. Very rude. We order $200 to $300 per week for our employees for the last 2 years and he told me that this is not his first day in business and that he will send a driver to pickup the food and not to order again. Very disrespectful. Owner has a very heavy accent. He did a great job losing his biggest account for Maserati. Ordered a Sicilian..it looks like a loaf of bread that someone threw some cheese on it and put it in oven to warm up..food came cold, looks re heated from yesterday..look at the pictures for yourself..this is disappointing...this is the service and food quality that you give your number 1 customer that orders every week and spends 10 to 15 thousand dollars a year for corporate orders. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, GO TO A REAL ITALIAN PIZZERIA THAT HAS AN ITALIAN COOK MAKING YOUR PIZZA NOT SOMEONE THAT DOESNT APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS
