We had an out door expo by the barn which is a covered area very large. Vendors were around the oval area right next to it and worked perfectly for an expo. What a great place for a large family reunion or party. Plenty of parking bathrooms and a kitchen area. Not to mention the lake and playground facilities.

Yes, the sand at a Crestwood Lake is not deep enough to anchor the typical beach umbrella. You can solve this by building a large pile of wet sand around the umbrella base, taken from the water's edge in a toy sand bucket.
