Placed Order online with pick up at this location. When I got there to pick up order, I couldn’t get any assistance with pick up. Finally someone came and told me they don’t even carry the shoe I had ordered and paid for. This after a 35 minute wait!

Great service, went in to return a pair of shoes I bought online, and I found another pair I liked. I asked the girl if she could give me the same discounts I received on the order I was returning. She went out of her way and even called the manager so he could help her with the return and to apply my discounts. They were both very helpful and very nice. Great customer service!

Nope they don't. If looking for cowboy boots, Cavender's within a mile or so from there sells that.
