I have been to this salon twice. The first time, Marcia did my hair and they put some treatment in it that made my hair grow a lot which I loved! I was really looking for a place to go to regularly, since I've never had one. Then, four days ago I had another appointment with Charla to dye my hair and cut it etc. I was super excited for this appointment. Well, I got there five minutes before the appointment started and waiting outside as the sign says. I texted her three times, called her like 4 and the other ladies working there, no reply. No text back. Nothing. I waiting until 11 to no avail. When I came home I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I waited for maybe a hey, im sorry someone got sick and we had to shut down, or I misbooked you or SOMETHING. Today, four days later, I have gotten nothing. So, in short, this salon isn't bad, but unfortunately a little unprofessional. I get it, life gets in the way, but a little heads up would have been nice.
