Whew! I’m so happy that I happened upon AF. This is my new happy place!!!! It’s quaint, clean, friendly and close to home. Ian was soooo awesome!!! And he’s a trainer!!! I’m super inspired again to WORK OUTside of my personal home gym (in my garage).

I came to this gym three times while in town from NC. This is one of the cleanest anytimes that I have been to. The trainers here are also extremely active. Gym has all the equipment you’ll need.

I worked out in this fitness gym for the first time the past week as I was visiting the area on business from Colorado. The location was very convenient, the owner welcomed me warmly, the place was well-equipped with all the main equipment (machines and free weights) you'd need for a good workout, it was clean and neat, had good A/C, cardio machines with TVs!, and other TVs around the place. If you're in the area, you gotta check this place out. I worked out here 6 times this past week and was in and out quickly every day.
