The wait to reach an automated teller at the drive up is sometimes WAY too long, I've waited 20 minutes before more than twice. Avoid this credit union at all costs (or it will cost you in the long run). I recently was traveling and tried to put a travel note on my account. After getting through all the information needed to have them access my account, and telling them the pertinent information to my travel plans, Craig hung up on me. No verification to wether or not it was noted in account. I waited a while thinking he accidentally hung up, and would call me back. I was mistaken on that thought. I then called back trying to see if the travel note had been added. It had not. So recalling the incident to lady that answered this time she told me “Just breathe”. Excuse me? I was telling you what happened and why I was calling back again, and you tell me to breathe as if it’s my problem. I guess it was my problem since I had already wasted almost an hour in the phone between hold times and talking to both of the employees. I then asked to speak with a supervisor, and she told me I would have to wait. Half hour later and still on hold with no answer from a supervisor. This is the same kind of service that I have read from other reviews and is pathetic that a business thinks it’s okay to treat their customers this way. HORRIBLE! Once again, the only positive I can say is that Danielle is, from what I can tell, the only employee there that tries and is GREAT at listening to what the customer needs and does what she can to handle it professionally. Too bad her attitude and personality can’t spread to some of the others at the credit union.
