Absolutely the worst hotel staff. There all Indian and speak rough English and extremely rude. Place is outdated and very rough looking rather sleep in the car may catch something or get bed bugs totally gross.

The staff is exceptionally good. They were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. (One of the maids volunteered to help my sister-in -law zip her dress.) The rooms were very clean and our king-sized bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel is right on Route 50 and close to the Bay bridge. We were very happy with our weekend stay.

This rating and review is commensurate with the $300/night price. Some highlights: - Room smelled mildly of mildew; especially when the AC was on - Clothing and paper in the room felt mildly damp each morning - The fridge and AC noise was loud and unbalanced (oscillations) - The toilet made a constant dripping sound - The fire alarm went off on the second day intermittently for 10 minutes; its volume is definitely loud enough to cause permanent hearing damage - Picturesque view of a bog out of the dirty and cobwebbed windows

This hotel is right on the highway. Traffic noise for our front room was very loud. AC fan was loud. Shower was difficult to get in and out of due to door placement-poor remodel.
