Not very friendly personnel. The man doing my pedicure had trimmed and filed my nails but there was an area that had chipped off. Since he was putting away the nail file I pointed out the chip so that he could fix it before putting the file away. He obviously wasn't having a good day because he snarkely said, "I know." He said nothing else to me during the pedicure until it was done and I was moved to the manicure table. He started the rather haphazard manicure and then some lady took over. Neither one said a word to me, not even to explain why they were switching. When I noticed that the lady was about to put on the top coat I asked about when they were going to put the pink coat on for the French manicure. She told me it should have been done before this. Basically, it was too late. From start to finish there were approximately four words said to me and they didn't include even a "Hi", "Thank you", or even a "goodbye". Overall, the mani/pedi was OK but he never cleaned under my nails, did a very quick cuticle trim, and after his snarky comment, it was not a comfortable atmosphere. My sister's mani/pedi was a little better but neither of us were overly impressed. My sister even commented on the place not being clean and wondered about the implements being cleaned and sanitzed. This is a shame because I have had much better experiences there in the past. Whoever these people were they aren't helping the business. Now I'm going to find someplace else.
