Room and bathroom were not cleaned properly, strands of hair in the sheets, and they need more options for breakfast. The house keeping look and act like they’re on drugs. One of them had entered our room while we were laying down at 10:00am saying she thought we were gone and checkout is at 11am which I find to be very concerning and unprofessional. Our friends who stayed across from us had pizza the night before and when we finally left at our checkout time we saw one of the housekeepers eating the leftovers. Very strung out behavior. We will not be staying at a Days Inn anywhere else!

Positive: The young man at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Negative: The pool was shut down. The A/C in the room clicked like a turn signal every few minutes making for very poor sleep. The shower had a high pitch whine. The free breakfast was almost non-existent, consisted of packets of oatmeal and so so coffee.

The room was obviously redecorated recently and it was nicely done. The room was small, but adequate for our needs. The bed was a bit firm for me, but my guest loved it as that is their preference. The bathroom is in dire need for a renovation. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke that was saturated in the paint, the faucet was rusty and the finish was coming off while the water did not flow right due to the buildup in the spigot. The shower dials and spigots were also old. The towels are too small. The room was fine for us as we were only looking for a place to sleep and get showered and changed, but if you are looking for updates they aren’t here yet.

It’s a Days Inn, I was not expecting the Waldorf, but at the same time for $209/night I didn’t think I would have to clean my own room. HAIR. EVERYWHERE. Long black ones on the bed, nightstand, sink, toilet, and A LOT of little black curly hairs in the shower, tub walls, and toilet seat/cover/tank. Later when I was looking for my phone I dropped next to bed, we found underwear (not ours) and what appeared to be milk duds all over the floor. I guess the walls used to have some art on it, but all that was left were the anchor holes. The window wouldn’t lock and had no screen, so anyone could just slide their way right in (ground level room). There is no water pressure of any kind in the sink or shower, and the water leaves this lovely slimy residue all over your body. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels, she looked annoyed I even asked. When she gave them to me, once again, there was more black hair on them. I pointed and said, “can I get one without hair?” She proceeded to pick the hair off, drop it on the floor, and then handed me the towels… I ended up just using the dirty beach towel I keep in my car. I would of been better off, and probably safer, sleeping in my car.
