Zero ⭐️ Very dirty, no ice, no phone in room, no Internet, AC so loud you couldn’t hear the Tv, everything was sticky, and the bed was very uncomfortable with a dirty bedspread. Really wanted to leave🙁

I wish I could give it zero stars. There is no Internet, there was no ice, the bed was hard and old, the faucet in the bathtub did not work properly, and every time you flush the toilet it squealed at you loudly. The staff was not helpful with any of this and I told them it was ridiculous. I’m pretty sure this is a local drug hotel. I’m hoping that we don’t have bedbugs when we get home. What a nightmare. There were two ice machines and neither of them were in working order and we were told that wasn’t an amenity here. Front desk will not answer the phone so when we went to inquire about our problems there was a gentleman sleeping on the couch in the lobby. What goes on here?

Absolutely disgusting. Room 125 - $109 for one night: - Hallways smelled like stale smoke - Our “non smoking” room had cigarette burns on one of the tables - Mold or mildew on the walls under the table - Hair in the sheets - The bathroom clearly had not been cleaned - To top it all off a BULLET HOLE in the wall next to my head. They didn’t even patch it. THEY JUST PAINTED OVER IT. On top of - see through towels, flat pillows (only 2 for a king bed) and the room was all tile. It looked like a jail cell. The only positive is that they refunded us. We slept in our van instead.

They charged us 190. For two nights when we registered online for the 68 a night. People were smoking pot in the hallways and sleeping there as well. DO BETTER!!! Will never stay there again. I guess smoking cigarettes is worse that smoking pot.
