Positive: The staff was efficient and attentive. Negative: In the breakfast area, there wasn't anyone to clean the tables after use. Also I used the hot water dispenser to make hot tea. The water was lukewarm both days our stay, could barely heat the teabag for brewing. Hotel was full and staff was spread thin.

Stayed here on Feb, 2022 , The hallway bottom floor smelled very musty smelling, when went into room itself fair, however when turned on water in bathtub red rust or mud came out totally unusable for a bath or shower, bathroom sink had a drainage problem ! Needs a lot of work cleaning inside rooms! Front desk clerk was very friendly

A very pleasant experience. The staff was super helpful and polite. The rooms were freshly remodeled but didn't have that "new carpet" smell.

The staff here is amazing. Very accommodating with any request. Everyone was friendly. Clean rooms. Great customer service.
