PrimeWay is terrible. Been banking with them fit years with no benefit. Started a wire for a measly 5k and they needed to review it for 24 hours. What’s the point of paying a fee?? I lost that real estate deal. I no longer bank with them and I don’t think anyone should. I don’t know what this post will do but I hope someone sees this and pull their money out. There are better banks out there with better service. These guys are truly truly terrible. BTW God help you off LaPorsche Solomon handles anything for you. She’s managed all my wires and they always are delayed. Plus she doesn’t know what the limits are. Honestly nobody does.

Hello S Tillet, Unfortunately the lobby is closed until further notice, but our drive thru is open Monday – Friday 8 am - 5 pm and closed Saturday and Sunday. Our ATM hours are 8 am - 6 pm outside the lobby and it is closed Saturday and Sunday.
