Meg is wonderful. Her deep tissue massage is great. Meg is extremely professional and tuned in to her reiki sessions. I am benefiting from ongoing sessions. a 90 minute deep tissue massage and 30 minute reiki session. Scheduled another session in 4 weeks.

We really enjoy going here. It's always relaxing and we feel good afterwards.

Welcoming atmosphere and super-clean facility offering a wide range of self-care services. My friend and I often enjoy salt sessions in the family room. It is so comfortable and cozy, just perfect when there are only 2 of us. We always leave feeling relaxed and revived for whatever life decides to throw at us! I am looking forward to booking a massage soon.

Its suppose to help in clearing up negative energy, helping with sinus conditions, joints, just basically a cleansing session. I think you would get more out of it if you went on a regular basis, but its very relaxing even if you go there once!
