Trains are beautiful. Nice ride with good history.

Beautiful experience. We chose First Class with tapas. Along with the train trip, 8 miles, out and back, we had live piano music.

Was a special trip for autism kids. Very nice for them to have this at a price we can afford with 3 kids on the spectrum. Staff were awesome.

My wife made the reservation for the Parlor Car Saturday September 4 @ 11 a.m.. We both had a Wonderful time and will be going back with family & friends. The service was First Class, the cars are very comfortable. You travel in old world elegance stepping back in time for the 1 1/2 hour tour. You are entertained by a player piano during your trip.

Do vets ride free?
Great short line railroad with great hosts ! Dinner car and different excursions.
Visit their website, choose excursion, and a calendar with availability will show up.
Hello Tara, I have resent you the confirmation email to the email you put on your reservation. Your tickets are in the system. If you do not receive the email, rest assured the tickets will be available to you in the station on the day of your ride! Thanks, Nathan Labb Guest Relations Manager Colebrookdale Railroad
I showed up on a whim and there were tickets
Colebrook website. Has a schedule of all rides including dinner rides!
The ticket price varies by Excursion. Please check our website for specifics. Excursions will be listed soon.
Incredibly accommodating. Can't wait for our annual Christmas trip!

We had our 3 year old and he was able to sit with us. If you get the dining car you may want to ask about a high chair.
From start to finish, you will pedal a train cart ( like the ones used by bandits on cartoons), then you will ride the real train back to the station. It takes two hours and is loads of fun. Four people to a cart with laughter abound. It isn't difficult to pedal and you can count it as exercise.
Best to buy ahead at their Internet site.
Yes. I just attended a wedding at Colebrookdale. The entire car was reserved for the wedding party and attendees. The train staff served drinks and cheese plates.
There is a ramp :)
It depends on the ride you go on. The one that we went on was about 20 minutes out, a half hour at a small park in the valley for refreshments and stories by a librarian, then 20 minutes back. They have "excursions" that are about 2 hours. You should see the website for the schedule of those.
The ride we took was the reading trip. We went back into a small valley in the woods were they have a water tank (huge) display. We stopped for snacks while an employee of the library read stories to the kids. Then we went back to the station. Wonderful restoration of eighteen/nineteen hundreds passenger cars.
Yes, it is wheel chair accessible. One car is ADA compliant and we have had wheelchairs in the coach.
I'm not sure about weekdays, but they do have a few trips on weekends. The trip takes roughly two hours. The Parlor Car is air conditioned. You can check out their website at www.colebrookdalerailroad.com
I recently saw an ad in a magazine for rides on The Colebrookdale Railroad. The Mother's Day Dinner event was one of the events posted there. Sadly, I will be able to at any of them, but there will be more. Am I right?
Visit their website or give them a call.
They have an arrangement they make with busses to allow them to pull up, unload and then park.
Cost per adult 36 for train only. 70 for train ride and dinner. Children 29. Dinner 63
They do run in evenings and they are heated. I'm not exactly sure of the schedule.. It looks like they have trains running from the 26th through the 31st. Https://www.colebrookdalerailroad.com
Print your receipt and go to the station to retrieve your tickets the day of your activity. These folks are amazing with customer service even though they are volunteers.
Yes, they're covered. They're just not as fancy as the Parlor Car. But they're still quite beautiful. I attended a Bridal Shower in the Parlor Car, but got to see the lovely decor of the Coach. It's a "high end" ride no matter which you choose. The staff treats you like royalty. It's well worth the money to schedule a ride!
We are not completely handicap accessible. We gave an accessible porta John on the yard but not on the train -- yet. It's coming. We can accept walkers and wheelchairs
Yes, as others have said we run in the rain. Please check our FAQs on our webpage for a complete list of answers to similar questions.
Ive seen wine on the list. depending on the event they may or not serve it. call them to be sure.
It should be listed on the web site but I would call and ask.
Currently only board in Boyertown, although over July 4th they were doing very short excursions from Pottstown, in which they were boarding at Memorial Park
