Right after I purchased I got an email with a confirmation code. When you arrive the day of your ride go to the ticket office and tell them your name and they give you your tickets. Make sure you arrive about 30.minutes before your departure time.
Check in at the station, just give them your name
I received mine online (via email) the day before or so.
