Brought in the pants part of a suit to have let out an inch. I was shown that the pants are damaged (two small tears at the belt rim area) but I asked that she still let them out anyway since the damaged part would not show with a belt on anyway. But it gets worse. When I came to pick them up, she showed me that the last alterations done used stitching that was too tight (my fault) and was requiring much more effort to remove. I was willing to just toss the pants in the trash and be done with them. But she insisted that she was determined to do the job anyway. When I came back 90 minutes later to pick up the pants, I was STUNNED to no longer see any evidence of damage whatsoever. It looked fantastic! So I told her I was going to leave a raving review (this one) because what she did was like MAGIC! I've had this suit for many years and looks like I'm going to have it for a few years more thanks to this wonderful repair. She said "I'm a professional". LOL! Yes, she is!

She is amazing!! She hemmed 4 pants for me and did a great job, I picked them up in a couple of days. Fast and affordable. I highly recommend! Plus the dog that greets you at the door is a great asset to the business.
