Here’s my honest review since you deleted it earlier! INCREDIBLE maintenance staff On the weekends it can be very noisy since they're thin walls but great place overall....just wish they had a pool. Besides that, I didn't have the best experience talking to Stephanie Lee. My friend told me she's one of the boss ladies. So I had left flowers outside and they were gone when I came back to my apartment landscaping came. Long story short the maintenance staff grabbed my plants before landscaping came. Stephanie Lee rudely refused to tell me the landscaping company so I could reach out to them myself since "she was occupied with a budget meeting'. I thought I could be helpful instead of waiting on her since she was so busy but nah. However she will always tell you to have a great day. I can't really pinpoint it but she doesn't seem friendly nice and has a bad attitude. Other than that, everyone else here is friendly and helpfulBest maintenance crew out of all apartment complexes in this area!! This place is perfect for college students and is pet friendly. Staff are extremely helpful and polite.

The flatts is an amazing place to live. It’s really cost efficient and close to campus. I’ve never been worried about being late to class because they have a shuttle. The employees are amazing and very helpful. The rooms could be bigger but I like how it’s set up with my own bathroom.

This is my second time at a student living apartment and I think the Flatts is pretty good! The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is awesome--very quick, helpful and professional. Amenities are nice, the gym is always clean (a pool would be nice tho!) Living spaces are just the right size for a student, your own bedroom and bathroom, and hardwood floors are a plus!! There is no balconies but there are hammocks and a nice outdoor pavillion to hang out. I wish they had more events to meet your neighbors and the price is a bit steep if you need a short term lease. There are also non-students living here so sometimes parties get loud during weekdays, but not too often. Otherwise no complaints!

The Flatts is a great place to live. First, it’s super close to campus. They even have a shuttle to get you to and from. Second, the amenities are great. They have a gym, really great study areas with computers, a game room, and other up to date amenities. They also have a turf area with lounge chairs and an area with nice couches, tables, and a fire place. Most importantly, the maintenance team and people who work in the leasing office are super nice and attentive. Finally, as a student, I enjoy how The Flatts provides their residents with snacks such as Chick Fil A during exam week! Love living here.
