Literally anytime I’ve been there’s always *at least* a 20 minute wait for chicken (and I’ve gone MONTHS apart so you’d think the issue would be resolved). Then they want everyone to just pull forward like this drive thru isn’t set up like an absolute train wreck waiting to happen. Where we all going? Then when you do get your order, better make sure you check it for all your items/accuracy.

The food is good , but I must say that I went into the girls bathroom and that toilet was filled up with toilet paper and poo. It literally looks like it had been there for a few days marinating , I was very disgusted . Paying customers should at least be able to use a clean bathroom . This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this restaurant and the bathroom and the inside of the toilet were disgusting .

Never go back again No servers there When I walk in I saw all the chairs on the table. Make me feel like no dinne in, I don't feel welcome on there. People ignore me. Even I said hi, They make me feel like when I am there. People are rule there, almost $4 drink and no refilled, they ask you to pay again, and ignore you.

Worst customer service ever. Waited at the menu (that was smashed up) to order as sign on it said to do. Over 10 minutes when by with no one taking our order. There was a car in front of us that ordered at the menu and pulled up to the window. Even after that car was gone we still had no service. We were using the mobile app so we opened the coupon as soon as we got to the menu to keep from holding up the line. We drove up to the window and one employee was on his phone and the chick at the window had an attitude and a bad wig (like not brushed or put up). She opened the window as if to take our order and when we went to talk to to her she rolled her eyes and held up a finger to tell us one minute but did not say anything and walked away. After we finally got our order of one small meal we left. On the ride home we noticed that items were missing. We called them to see what could be done only for the rude chick at the window to hang up on us. We tried to call back but it was ignored. We called from a different phone and got the manager. We were told that we could come back to get the item. We live across town and would not have made it back before they closed. We just stopped there because we were on that side of town already. Should have just went to North, never have a problem with them. If people were more worried about doing their job this would not have happened. Two out of four people were working while the other two stood around.

Rude af. I am sure it is the same person. She should NOT be dealing with the public. Took forever to answer, then rushing us to order. Nasty attitude. Don't like your job, fina new one and good luck with that mouth. I will be getting in touch with someone above store level. 1-27-21
